100% Fulfilment!

Our manufacturer was able to send us the replacement pins for all the B grade pins we found for Sad Doge! We were able to process all the remaining orders today so everyone should have their pins in the upcoming days for USA, a few weeks for international :) If you have issues receiving your pins or with your tracking number, please feel free to contact us!

Because of this update, we were also able to calculate the net amount from this campaign, which we wanted to be transparent with in case you were curious what the breakdown usually is with pin campaigns! 

These are the resulting numbers (pre-taxes):

The campaign has covered an awesome 62% of Thoma's entire surgery cost! As promised, we've taken 10% of these profits (plus some extra) and donated them to our charity of choice, jindoloverescue.com, specifically using the donation for medical costs for rescues. 

We couldn't have done it without you guys! Thank you for being amazing people with love in your hearts for good doggies all over! We'll continue posting more Thoma content on our social medias in the future now that he's a fully recovered strong old man. :-D

The long awaited head pats and butt scritches redeems are here! You can find your name in alphabetical order in one of four videos on our  TikTok profile! We used exactly what people entered in their redeems for names, and if there wasn't an entry we defaulted to your username! >:)

B Grade Sad Doges and Fulfillment

We were grading the Sad Doge pins and unfortunately we're missing enough of A Grade pins to fulfill the current pledges :( If you received a tracking number and it doesn't work within 48 hours, it's because we had to refund it since we ran out of pins. We contacted our manufacturer for an immediate reship but they won't arrive for at least a month. Very sorry about this, but we want to make sure the pins you receive are up to standard! Thank you for understand! TT TT

Thank you guys for all your patience with the pin manufacturing! All the pins are finally here and ready to ship ^^ Unfortunately, we're also heading to some back-to-back conventions this month, so while we will prepare for them, it will be slow going. Here's some photos of the finished product!

The doggy pats videos are currently being edited as well by our wonderful helper who's manually adding every single name to the video T oT  <3 Just wanted to let you guys know it's still in production!

The only difference between preordering and backing the Kickstarter is that you won't receive the extra bonuses when you get a Sad Doge Pin for free, but they're available as add-ons! They will all be shipped at the same time when the pins are received.

All surveys should have been sent out! We ran into an issue where we couldn't remove the shipping for add-ons, so if you paid for shipping during the Kickstarter and again when you order add-ons, we WILL be batch running refunds! Sorry for the inconvenience :(
